A Zimbabwean truck driver was arrested on the N3 at Tugela Main Toll Plaza after an alcohol test allegedly showed a level 20 times over the legal limit. The KZN Transport MEC said enforcement would be intensified and warned that repeat offenders could face licence suspension or cancellation.
